Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

If, during the inspection, the articles show signs of wear (etc.), we can refuse the right to a refund.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not refund or exchange custom orders (fabric, color, pattern, shape, dimensions (etc.) chosen by yourself) unless they are defective or damaged upon reception.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately by email at deparisala.design@gmail.com.
REFUNDS (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within at least 4 business days.

EXCHANGES (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

We do not exchange made-to-order products (fabric, color, pattern, shape, dimensions (etc.) chosen by yourself) unless they are defective or damaged upon reception.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



All of our finished products are handcrafted, so you may notice  slight variations, especially in dimensions (a few millimeters). It is our intention that these variations do not affect the overall design, appearance or functionality of the product selected from the web image.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you,may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
